The composite high-barrier bottle features a high-density polyethylene base layer, combined with an inner layer made from one of today’s highest-quality synthetic polymers designed to effectively block organic solvents. The middle layer serves as a strong adhesive that bonds the inner and outer layers together, creating a hollow, molded product. This innovative design effectively addresses the limitations of single-layer HDPE bottles—such as their susceptibility to organic solvent permeation and deformation—as well as the shortcomings of single-layer PET bottles, including their tendency to allow water penetration, poor resistance to DMF, and inability to withstand high temperatures. As a result, this bottle represents a cutting-edge, premium packaging solution tailored specifically for industries like pharmaceuticals, dairy products, chemicals, and agrochemicals.
1. Complies with US FDA and EU EEC standards, allowing direct food contact;
2. Prevent (reduce) the permeation of gases (such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, etc.);
3. The flavor is neutral—pairing the packaging has no effect on taste.
